Completing the HBS High Potentials Leadership Program

We all know that participating in executive courses doesn't necessarily grant you that silver bullet to progress in your career.

This year I discovered once more, that the true magic is in the mix of people who attend.

It's a humbling experience to be amongst a carefully selected group of individuals from across the globe who all attend to learn, and share their unique views & experiences on compelling topics within your area of interest.

They keep you honest and you learn over and over that many of your assumptions are wrong.

‍

Your unique ingredients for success simply don't always seem to 'fly' in a slightly different context and they could oftentimes become your biggest blindspots.

‍

You form new connections and relationships that will help you both in business and personal life.
